The need for mental health support is increasingly critical, paralleling the importance of physical first aid. Many environments, including workplaces, schools, Indigenous communities, and emergency responders, are witnessing rising levels of stress, burnout, and thoughts of suicide.

 

Psychological First Aid (PFA) is designed to enhance resilience and well-being by teaching participants how to manage stress, trauma, grief, and loss.  This program:

 

  • Utilizes case-based learning tailored to the audience, emphasizing self-care and personal well-being.

  • Integrates the latest evidence-based research on emotional, psychological, and social health.

  • Complements existing workplace wellness initiatives.

  • Offers flexible delivery options, including online, in-person, and blended formats.

Self Care Online Module

Learn the effects of stress, loss, and trauma with the emphasis on building and using a personal self care plan.

Caring for Others Online Module

Learn how to recognize when a person is in distress without judgmet or assumptions.

Psychological First Aid Program

This certification program helps gain a deeper understanding of the look, listen, link, live module - bringing more awareness when their is a problem. This program includes the Self Care and Caring for Others online modules.
